High-quality 44mm Douglas Fir
Our collection of 44mm Douglas Fir Slats provides customers with a range of benefits due to the timber’s stylish, durable, and versatile nature.
Douglas Fir has the same excellent properties of Siberian larch, making this timber an excellent alternative. Douglas Fir has a beautiful grain, sandy and pink tones in colour.
Even though Douglas Fir is a softwood, the timber is very hard-wearing and will easily withstand the British weather for years to come, with the timber, on average, lasting 20 years plus.
The standard fir fencing slats are 44mm and come in three lengths; 6ft (1.8m), 7ft (2.1m) and 8ft (2.44m).
Like most of the products within our collection, our Douglas Fir timber is sustainably sourced from forests carrying the PEFC certification.
