DELIVERY ONLY
Guilty Living offers FREE delivery to UK Mainland. Our delivery partners operate as a two-person team to ensure your product is delivered safely to your delivery address.

Once your order is received, we’ll contact you with a dispatch date. Our delivery partner will then reach out to you directly to arrange a suitable delivery date within a 10-working-day lead time. Please note that missed delivery or installation slots may incur re-delivery charges. If a slot is canceled within 7 working days of the installer’s arrival date, you may also be liable for a re-delivery and/or re-installation charge. Dispatch and delivery dates are approximate and subject to availability at the time of purchase.

While you may not need to be home to accept delivery, we do require access to be provided, and agreement that you’re happy for the goods to be left as requested.

Upon receiving delivery, any damages or defects should be reported to Guilty Living within 48 hours, accompanied by photographic evidence for resolution.

Customers living in remote areas may incur a delivery charge determined by the courier company. For furniture deliveries, we always provide a white-glove service, which includes setting up the furniture and removing the waste.

INSTALLATION SERVICES FOR PERGOLAS, GLASSROOMS, AND AWNINGS
Our installation services for pergolas, glassrooms, and awnings include delivery, assembly, and installation. Lead times for installation range from 4-6 weeks, and we offer nationwide installs. Please contact us to check current lead times. After placing your order online, we’ll reach out to book a convenient installation date for you.

By selecting and paying for our installation service, you agree to adhere to the pre-installation guide detailed below. Failure to comply may result in additional fees for our team to return.

Pergolas, glassrooms, and awnings require careful consideration during installation:

– Ensure the ground surface is adequately prepared, level, and solid.
– Discuss any necessary groundworks with our sales team in advance.
– Decide on the exact location and positioning of your structure.
– Ensure access to the site is clear and free from obstacles.
– Take precautions for any preventable damages/faults not related to manufacturer faults.
– Our installation team will deliver, unpack, construct in the agreed location, and remove any packaging and waste from the construction site.

Please note, additional charges may apply for installations considered complex or non-standard, such as those over a hot tub or jacuzzi or on surfaces like porcelain.

In preparation for installation, ensure the designated area is clear and securely protected. This includes moving or covering items like hot tubs, BBQs, kitchens, and furniture. Our team cannot accept responsibility for damage to these items if not appropriately covered or relocated.

HINTS & TIPS
– Retract pergola screens into the cassette when not in use to ensure longevity.
– For self-installation of a Maranza Pergola with Deluxe screens, purchase a Rivet nut gun. Fit the screen 5mm from the front for optimal positioning.
– Inspect your goods thoroughly on arrival and report any issues promptly to [email protected].

2 Interpretation
– “We” refers to Guilty Living, trading under Guilty Living Ltd.
– “You” refers to our customer or prospective customer, and “us”, “our”, and “your” should be construed accordingly.
– Variations include additions, omissions, or substitutions to the originally agreed work, fittings, and fixings.

3 Quotations
All quotations for work will be based on the information provided by you. Variations to the work may result in revised quotations.

4 Unforeseen Costs
You shall be liable for additional work, services, or fittings required to rectify unexpected events or situations during the works.

5 Liability
We can only be held liable for the extent of works carried out by us. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by personal actions, defects in existing installations, or parts not manufactured or supplied by us.

6 Health and Safety
We will ensure a safe working environment and reserve the right to refuse work deemed unsafe or illegal. You are expected to do the same and report any unsafe situations immediately.

7 Duty of Care
We accept a duty of care to you in respect of materials, workmanship, security, property, and belongings.

8 Building Regulations
We reserve the right to refuse work in breach of building regulations.

9 Services and Waste
You will provide and pay for all necessary power, water, and waste removal.

10 Insurance
We maintain public liability, product liability, and employers’ liability insurance.

11 Complaints
